Welcome to Salina Regional Health Center Rehabilitation. Our department takes the Salina Regional Health Center mission to heart as we work to “Improve the health of those who entrust us with their lives – the patients and communities we serve.”
We view our involvement with you as a partnership or a relationship, where we have a responsibility to keep you, the patient, at the center of all we do.
Jolene Albrecht, OTR/L
Education: Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, University of Kansas, May 1996
Additional Training: Completed courses on elbow, wrist and hand evaluation and treatment; custom splint making
Clinic Focus: Majority of time spent in treating outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions; also provides activities of daily living training in acute care
Other Passions: Walking, yard work, family activities
Janice Cook, OTR/L
Education:
Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, 12/1996
Bachelor's of Science in Occupational Therapy, Newman University, 5/2000
Additional Training: Completed many courses in the evaluation and treatment of the vestibular system
Clinic Focus: Majority of time spend providing patient care in the acute care setting. Also provide treatment for outpatients with vestibular dysfunction, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
Other Passions: Traveling, scuba diving, and taking my dog for walks
Kathleen Putzier, OTR/L
Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, University of Kansas, 1981
Additional Training: Completed many courses in the evaluation and treatment of the vestibular system
Clinic Focus: Specializes in vestibular dysfunction since 1994, but also treats a variety of patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions
Other Passions: Golfing, gardening and refinishing furniture
