Registration

We want to make your stay at Salina Regional Health Center a pleasant one. That begins in the Registration Department. We have a friendly staff of registrars ready to assist you during your registration process.

The Registration Department gathers demographic, as well as insurance information in preparation for your arrival. This information is used to obtain necessary pre-authorizations or certifications that your insurance may require, as well as expedite your registration process on the day you are scheduled.

At any time, you may come to the Registration or Emergency Registration areas to pre-register. Let us copy your insurance cards, obtain required signatures, scan your photo ID and/or take your photograph prior to your scheduled test day. This helps expedite your registration process on the date of the service.

If you require overnight lodging prior to your scheduled appointment, the Registration Department does have a list of hotels that offer discounts to our customers. You may call any of the numbers listed below to inquire about these listings.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Santa Fe Campus. After these hours you may reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the Emergency Registration at (785) 452-7787.
