Billing Information

Salina Regional Health Center's Patient Financial Services Department is available to advise you and your family on any questions or concerns you may have about the charge for services you receive at the health center. Each time you come to Salina Regional Health Center for care, we start a new account for you. This means you can have more than one account with us at any given time. We will bill Medicare, Medicaid, and other health insurance companies directly for you.

An illness requiring hospitalization may present a financial burden on you or your family for which you are not prepared. We want to help ease this burden so that financial problems will not interfere with your recovery.

You may also use the payment plan to cover any portion of your bill remaining after the insurance company has paid its benefits. To take advantage of the payment plan, you will need to first complete a payment plan application. Your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card will also be accepted as payment on your account.

Other Bills You May Receive

Your hospital bill does not include charges from doctors or other medical specialists who gave you care while you were a patient at Salina Regional Health Center. You will receive separate bills from these providers. Should you have any questions about their bills, please call these providers directly. They will be happy to answer any of your questions.

If you need help in paying your bill, Salina Regional Health Center does offer a Financial Assistance Program. You can request an Application for Financial Assistance from our Customer Service Department or download one below. We will evaluate your need for help once you complete and return the form to us.
