Morgan Farmer

Morgan is originally from Salina, Kansas. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kansas, along with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and Gerontology from Kansas State University. Morgan is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and holds a membership in the Kansas Pharmacists Association (KPhA) and the Kansas Counsel of Health-System Pharmacy (KCHP). During residency, Morgan plans to complete her teaching certificate through the University of Kansas. Her current interests include internal medicine and ambulatory care.

Morgan’s research focus is to evaluate 30-day readmissions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and identify opportunities for pharmacist intervention.

Upon completion of her PGY-1 residency, Morgan is interested in seeking a position as a clinical pharmacist.

Outside of pharmacy, Morgan enjoys cooking/baking, watching movies with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the K-State Wildcats.
